DGS Group traces its origins to D G Traders, founded in 1985 by the late Shri Dudhnath Girdhari Shukla. What began as a construction-material trading business grew on a simple principle: deliver what you promise.

From trading to development
In 2009, the group carried that foundation into property development — moving from supplying the materials that build Mumbai to creating the addresses themselves.
The people at the helm
The group is led by the founder’s sons — Surajdev, Brahmdev, Ishwardev and Indradev Shukla — who joined the family business and carried it from trading into development. Ishwardev Shukla serves as Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, and Brahmdev Shukla as Chief Financial Officer.
